Intentional Set Point

I’ve been working with a distinction I developed called the Intentional Set Point. Your Intentional Set Point is the deliberate choice of a mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual cybernetic process that sets and creates momentum for you as your primary operating system for the day.

In my book Miraculous Creating, I describe intention as the process of choosing to do a clearly defined thing or act in a specified way with a specified aim or purpose. There is much naturally generated power when an act is placed and performed at the level of intention. Intention is connected with having a vision-the beginning stage of the creative process. As an action is held at the level of intention, a strong desire is generated when possibility seeks to express itself as the out-picturing of what you desire to create.

Brenda Yovonoff says “Intention is one of the most powerful forces there is. What you mean when you do a thing will always determine the outcome.” Gary Zukav reflects “The more aware of your intentions and your experiences you become, the more you will be able to create the experiences of your life consciously. This is the development of mastery. It is the creation of authentic power.”

The APA Dictionary of Psychology defines set point as “the preferred level of functioning of an organism or a system within an organism.”

My experience utilizing the Intentional Set Point on a daily basis has been quite profound. I engage my “energy” practice early in the morning most days, typically before sunrise. My practice involves Wow Power Qigong, pairing QiGong postures, breathwork, and spirit inspired dance movements. I begin by connecting with the “Source” through affirmative mediation.

As I become at one with source energy, an intention is set. The set point is the clear decision to have that intention be my prime cybernetic operating system as everything I do, say, think and believe is fueled by the Intentional Set Point.

In taking note of the science and spirituality of the Intentional Set Point process, a confluence of elements are in play. Quantum physics states that wave energy is transmuted into particles through observation. The affirmative statement is vibrational energy that is observed and becomes the out-picture via the act of intention.

On the spiritual level, source energy is the highest vibration, has infinite organizing power, is pure potentiality, all possibility, completely neutral, and says YES to every thought, act, or statement. As you set your intention at the point of direct engagement with source energy the result is a huge and resounding YES. The more you engage your Intentional Set Point throughout your day, the more your intention is made manifest.

Here is the process.

1. Connect with source energy.

2.  Set your intention with I AM (I AM healthy; AM grateful; I AM at Peace, etc.).

3.  Engage your energy practice (meditation; yoga; qigong; breathwork, etc.). Repeat the intention a minimum of 9 times (the number 9 is the symbol of unconditional universal love).

4.  Engage your day with your Intentional Set Point as the power that fuels your activities.

I had a power full experience recently as I utilized the Intentional Set Point. As I engaged my energy practice, my Intentional Set Point was stated as an affirmative declaration that came through my intuition.

“I AM THAT...OPEN TO RECEIVE ALL OF THE INFINITE KNOWLEDGE AND WISDOM OF THE UNIVERSE...I AM”.

As I was opening up to the Qigong, I dropped my affirmative declaration into the “empty force” posture. I went through my normal routine and then sealed the experience with the Wow Power spirit dance. During the course of the day, I was gifted with a plethora of interesting and useful information from a variety of sources, including information from one of my Guy Thang buddies I connected with via a Zoom call.

A good practice involves having clarity on how you desire your day to transpire and progress, and the intentional energy you invite to accompany you as you go through your day.

Akiroq Brost states “Energy is directed by intention in action. If the action is not happening, if you are finding excuses to not do whatever you set out to do, revisit your intention.”

Open up to the possibility of your Intentional Set Point being the gift from the realm of spirit.

Allow your entire consciousness, everything you do, think, believe and say be fueled by the source continuing to bless you with the big YES.

Your day and your world within it will turn.

And So It Is.
